Psychotherapy, also known as ‘talk therapy,’ is a mental health treatment used to treat a variety of ailments. Psychotherapy can be beneficial for anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship issues, spiritual disconnection, stress, and more. Our services are holistic in nature. What this means is that we look at the whole person. We believe that for a person to be healthy all parts must be addressed: physical health, mental health, emotional health, and spiritual health.

Trauma treatment
Research shows that adverse life events, trauma, lead to sickness of the mind, body, and spirit. We offer trauma-informed therapy services to help you heal from past experiences. Trauma therapy may include but is not limited to EMDR, meditation practices, yoga, somatic therapy, and the healing impacts of sharing your story.

Meditation training
Meditation training is a thirty-day educational experience. You will meet with Jessica Qualls for a thirty-minute initial evaluation. Here you will discuss your experience and goals. After the initial evaluation, you will receive a personalized schedule. During the month, you will have two thirty-minute coaching sessions where you will discuss your progress and make changes as needed. You only commit to one month at a time. Should you choose to continue training past your first month, you will have the option of exploring different styles of meditation and will be provided with a new schedule.
