Meet the Therapists
Jessica Qualls, LCSW
Each of us long to feel safe, loved, and at peace. I am a regular human, living life, and learning from each of my experiences. Professionally, I am a therapist, a social worker, a meditation teacher, a professor, and yoga instructor. My professional titles don't give me an exemption from life’s trials and hardships. I have discovered a way of living that allows me to feel at peace and grateful in the midst of life’s storms.
As a young adult, through personal trial and hardship, I began traveling the road of healing and self-discovery. It was from a state of hopelessness and debilitating anxiety that I became willing to make changes that would allow me to live a peaceful life. After a lot of letting go and taking necessary action - I found myself living a serene, joyful life. My life experience is filled with gratitude, and it is my greatest desire to share what I have found with those in need of change.
Connect with your true self
I am a warm and open therapist who believes every human being deserves to be heard. I believe that healing and peace are available to you. My therapeutic approach is creatively designed for each individual client. It is my goal to create a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment that will allow you to connect with your True Self and to cultivate the type of life that you crave.

Carolina Hoyer
Something within you has sparked the brave choice to seek mental health support, and I am so glad it led you here. Hello, my name is Carolina, and I am truly happy to share a bit about my work with you.
I am a mental health professional whose social work roots in our community include helping families transition out of homelessness and helping parents navigate barriers to a substance-free lifestyle. This work shaped the foundation of how I show up for the people I serve — with deep respect for the strength it takes to ask for help.
I was born in Brazil and moved to the United States at the age of nine. Navigating a new language, culture, and identity at a young age deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, belonging, and the complexities of starting over. These lived experiences inform the empathy and cultural sensitivity I bring to my work today. It is important to me to honor the Latin community by supporting individuals through their unique lived experiences and reducing barriers to mental health care.
I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — because being able to speak your native language can make therapy feel safer and more comfortable. I work through a trauma-informed lens, drawing on approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
You do not have to navigate this alone. I am here.
Hablamos Español - Falamos Português.
